Our hourly rate for on-site service is $94 an hour with a one hour minimum per trip. Each subsequent 15 minute period is $23.50.
Over the six year history of our company, the average on-site service call for troubleshooting is $117.50, however, each and every situation is unique and total charges vary per support call.
Some support situations call for what we call “Fair Cost Pricing,” where just because it might take 5+ hours to fix a computer, the customer may not be charged for the entire 5+ hours. These situations are billed on a case by case basis and the customer will be notified if it is likely that their support session will surpass our 3 hour “Fair Cost Pricing” threshold.
Phone support and remote tech support is billed at the same hourly rate of $94 an hour, but the one hour minimum does not apply.
